HBH Custom Home Inspection (Final Walkthrough)
Product Description
For a home to receive a NC HealthyBuilt Homes certificate, it must undergo an inspection (Final Walkthrough) to ensure compliance with certain items on the checklist.
The inspection fee may be paid any time before the Final Walkthrough inspection is performed by NC Solar Center / HBH Statewide Staff.
This fee is NOT applicable to projects using an HBH Independent Inspector for inspections. For more information, contact: hbhcoordinator@ncsu.edu
